Mr Louis

Mr Louis holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from SMU and a Master of Science from NTU.

Mr Louis has over 12 years of experience in designing and teaching English programmes. He previously served as Head of the English Department and is highly familiar with the MOE syllabus. Leveraging this expertise, he has led the development of innovative and comprehensive English programmes tailored for primary school students and aligned with the MOE curriculum.

Mr Louis‘s lessons are thoughtfully designed to be intellectually engaging and scaffolded to transform even the most tentative students into confident and expressive users of the English language. His aspirations for his students go beyond helping them to attain a masterful command of the English Language; he is also fiercely committed to cultivating the habits of mind that help them think critically about the world around them with curiosity and courage.

He is currently the Head of Department(Primary English) at GM and teaches primary English.

Mr Louis拥有SMU社会科学学士学位及NTU理学硕士学位。

他有12年以上从事英语课程设计与教学的经验，曾担任英语部主任，对教育部（MOE）的小学英语教学大纲非常熟悉。凭借其丰富的教学背景，他带领团队设计并开发了富有创新性且结构完善的小学英语课程，确保课程内容紧贴教学大纲。

Mr Louis对课程内容的要求是兼具思维挑战与层层引导，致力于帮助学生从胆怯走向自信，逐步掌握并运用英语表达。他对学生的期望不仅仅是掌握英语语言本身，更致力于培养他们的思维习惯，使他们能够以好奇心和勇气，批判性地思考周围的世界。

他目前在GM担任英语部主任，并教授小学英语课程。
