Mr Niu

Mr Niu gained a bachelor’s degree in pure maths and a Master’s degree in applied math from Peking University’s prestigious mathematics science school.

Mr Niu is a passionate mathematics researcher, teacher, and practitioner. He continued his study and research in applied mathematics at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During his research at UIC, he gained teaching experience in Calculus, linear algebra, and discrete mathematics for engineering and business school college students. He was awarded the UIC Teaching Award for his innovative and passionate teaching methods.

After returning to China, he expanded his teaching through top-tier education and tuition organisations, teaching mainstream students and Math Olympiads. His mission is to help more students fall in love with math, learn math and learn independently.

At the core of his philosophy: True mastery begins with deep conceptual understanding. He equips students to tackle problems effortlessly by first building an unshakable foundation in mathematical principles—transforming complexity into clarity, one lesson at a time.

Mr Niu is currently teaching Secondary Math and JC 1 H2 Math in GM.

Mr Niu毕业于北京大学数学科学学院，先后获得纯数学学士与应用数学硕士学位。

Mr Niu是一位充满激情的数学研究者，教育者与实践家。怀着对实践应用的探索热忱，他赴美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校深造，在UIC期间，他通过为工程与商科学生讲授微积分、线性代数与离散数学打磨教学技艺，并以创新生动的授课风格荣获该校教学奖。

回到中国后，他加入顶级教育机构，既教授常规课程，也指导数学奥林匹克竞赛精英项目。他的教育使命是 以激发数学热爱为灯塔，引导学生不仅掌握知识，更培养结构化思维与自学能力。

他的教育核心理念：真正的精通始于对数学基本概念的深刻理解。他通过夯实学生数学原理的根基，使其举重若轻地应对难题——化繁为简，让每堂课都成为思维蜕变的旅程。

目前Mr Niu在GM担任中学数学和JC1 H2 Math的教学工作。
